enXco's experienced team of personnel can perform all phases of project development - taking a wind energy project from a "good idea" to a fully functioning facility.

Initial efforts involve establishing business relationships with the owners of a potential project site. Meteorological towers are then installed to take accurate measurements of wind speed and direction across the land - often for a year or more. On those sites that demonstrate sufficient wind, the enXco development team will secure the necessary permits for the project, negotiate an agreement to sell the wind energy, and arrange for required transmission of the energy.

As project development progresses, enXco will put in place the contracts necessary to procure the wind turbines and associated equipment, construct and operate the project. Upon completion of these activities, enXco may utilize its extensive relationships to bring equity partners and debt financing into the project.
