In 1987, enXco started providing retrofits of turbines to a young wind energy industry in the United States. This operation quickly grew into one of the largest and most respected providers of wind turbine operations and maintenance services in the world.

These "O&M" services are provided out of offices in Palm Springs, Tracy, and Tehachapi, California, and Colorado, Texas, and Iowa. Major shop facilities in Palm Springs and Tracy provide enXco with in-house capability to perform a full range of component repair.

enXco operates nearly 4,000 wind turbines. Its extensive experience, on a wide variety of wind turbine models and vintages, gives it a unique perspective on getting the best performance out of each project. The experience includes re-engineering and retrofitting over 1,400 wind turbines to improve reliability and performance.
