Escondido, CA. - enXco Service Corporation, an EDF Energies Nouvelles Company, announces the addition of Keith Smith as New Business Manager in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Smith brings to enXco Service Corporation 27 years of experience in the electric utility industry. His primary role will be to focus on expanding enXco Service Corporation’s Operations & Maintenance business in Texas and surrounding states.

Prior to joining enXco Service Corporation, Keith was in the role of consultant for Electro Cycles, LLC where he provided technical consultation and expert witness services to the legal community in the area of electric utility disputes. Previous to his time at Electro Cycles, Keith worked as Division Manager and Owner of Red Simpson Inc. (currently Pike Electric) which provides electric and communication construction, maintenance, and emergency restoration service to the electric utilities in the region. In this capacity, Keith managed business volume in excess of 10 million dollars per year and held complete financial and operations responsibility.

Keith earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri School of Mines, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer as well as a commercial pilot.
