Escondido, CA - enXco, Inc. is pleased to announce the creation of Northwest Wind Partners, LLC, a joint venture between Power Holdings, a subsidiary of the Ross Management Group and enXco.

This Joint Venture brings together enXco's experience and skills in successful project development and partners it with an excellent pipeline of projects developed by Power Holding. It also brings to enXco the Ross family's strong local connections, experience in land acquisitions and their detailed understanding of the permitting process in the Pacific Northwest region. Northwest Wind Partners will focus its development activities in Washington and Oregon States along the Columbia River in the vicinity of Goldendale, WA which is the historical stronghold of the Ross Management Group.
