FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: March 23, 2007

enXco Inc has purchased an additional 276 MW of turbines from GE Wind

Escondido , CA. - enXco Inc. (an EDF EN Company) announces another important milestone in its ambitious wind-park development for 2007 and 2008 with the purchase of an additional 276 MW of 1.5 MW turbines from GE Wind. 75 MW of turbines are to be delivered in 2007 and will be assigned to enXco's project expansion in the Midwest. 201 MW of turbines are scheduled for delivery in 2008, and are also planned for use at enXco's Midwest projects.

"These contracts are further signs of our strong relationship with GE Wind. enXco has an extremely strong project pipeline, which puts us in a position to go ahead and commit to turbines in advance. This both benefits enXco and GE Wind," stated Tristan Grimbert, President and Chief Operating Officer for enXco. "Turbine availability in this crucial period of the PTC extension is imperative to any developer's current and future success, and we are pleased that with continued turbine procurement, enXco can continue to move forward with project development in several states."
