Goodnoe Hills Wind Project
With the majestic panoramic views of Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood in the background, the Goodnoe Hills Wind Project located in Klickitat County is just 15 miles southeast of Goldendale, Washington.
The 4,300 acres of rolling hills with grazing and farmland produces 94 megawatts of electricity annually, This beautiful site has abundant commercial quantities of wind which can supply 30,000 average homes with clean, renewable energy.
The 47 Repower, 2 MW turbines are 262.5 feet tall with rotors 303 feet in diameter, for a total height of 414 Feet.
Northwest Wind Partners, LLC, a joint venture, enXco Development Corp. and Power Holdings, Inc. of Goldendale, Washington developed the project for PacifiCorp.
