Escondido, CA.—December 21, 2007—enXco has announced that its parent company, EDF EN, has signed a new framework agreement with REpower covering the delivery of 690 MW in turbines for its wind farm projects in the United States and Europe.
The agreement consists of a firm order of 400 MW (200 MW for US projects) plus an option on a further 290 MW (250 MW for US projects.) The turbines are scheduled for delivery in 2009 and 2010.
This order represents another source of turbines for enXco with one of the world's leading manufacturers to pursue its growth on the North American market.
