Project Manager - Horse Butte Wind Project

Scope of Position

The Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day operational oversight, Balance of Plant maintenance, and managing contractual obligations. 

Reports to: Area Operations Manager
Division/Department: Operations & Maintenance
Location: Idaho Falls, ID
Classification: Exempt

Working Conditions

Project Managers spend most of their time in an office condition but are required to climb turbines time to time to perform QC inspections and repair FAA lights.

Responsibilities

• The implementation and supervision of Internal Control is under the responsibility of every manger within his/her scope of authority.
• Will be responsible for day-to-day operational oversight, Balance of Plant maintenance, and managing contractual obligations. 

 

Qualifications

• Able to demonstrate strong written (report writing is required) and oral communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required as well as a working knowledge of SCADA systems.
• Additionally, because this individual will be the sole representative of enXco on this site, he/she will represent enXco with the public, city officials, etc.
• A minimum of three (3) years experience in the wind-energy industry is required.
